- Plan, lead, coordinate, and execute policies, processes, projects, and surveys to meet human resource compliance and organizational strategy needs.
- Analysis of job positions and definition and evaluation of profiles.
- Planning and design of the selection process.
- Writing and publishing job offers, including CV screening and conducting interviews.
- Accompany and advise the technical and management team in the final selection processes.
- Planning and support in onboarding.
- Promote employer engagement within the company.
- Create and implement best practices for hiring and personnel management.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR departments
- Ability to build trust and drive commitment among team members
- Promote a culture of trust, commitment, honesty and integrity in the team
- High english level
